VOLUNTARY INSURANCE INFORMATION

In years past, students would receive an "Insurance Flier" information sheet on the first day of school, but we will not provide an individual flier this year due the pandemic.  

As in the past, parents can choose to purchase this voluntary insurance for their children.  Parents will either purchase online or mail into the insurance company - K&K Insurance.

NO forms will be collected at the school!
