Welcome back to school!

A new school year always brings excitement about seeing old friends and making new ones, learning new subjects, and participating in fun school activities. It also brings questions about important topics such as open house, communications, school calendars and transportation. 

We’ve included links below to valuable information, essential to a successful start of the 2023-24 school year.

Once again, CCS schools are hosting Open House events this week which are excellent opportunities to visit your school, meet your teachers and school administrators, and learn more about becoming an active member of your school community. Please visit your school website for specific dates, times and parking information.

Be sure to follow CCS on social media! We are active on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram @cabcoschools. Also, please remember to follow our individual school social media pages where schools, PTOs and other school organizations post valuable information, news and upcoming events. Please become a part of the CCS social community. We are committed to continually providing our followers with events, celebrations, news, and important information.

Some important changes to note for this school year:

• We are introducing ParentSquare as our primary school-to-home communications platform for general information and emergency communications.  Make sure to register your account and become engaged in our school community.

• The Transportation Department is rolling out the Edulog app to assist you in tracking your child's bus. Please register your account and see your real-time bus information today.

• The School Nutrition Department has moved their online payments to LINQ Connect. School menus can also be found on the LINQ Connect site by filtering to your school. Applications for free & reduced meals can also be found on the LINQ portal.  All other school payments will remain on the K-12 Payment Center.
